Terms of Service

TaskFarmer ("the Platform") is operated by PRADIX LLC ("PRADIX", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Armenia.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TaskFarmer.

• Platform — the TaskFarmer website, applications, and services operated by PRADIX LLC.
• Respondent — an individual user who completes surveys and microtasks to earn rewards.
• Client — a business or organization that creates and funds surveys and tasks.
• Task — a microtask such as data labeling, content review, transcription, translation, form filling, or image annotation.
• Survey — a structured questionnaire completed by Respondents.
• AMD Wallet — the in-platform balance, denominated in Armenian Dram (AMD), where Respondent rewards accrue.
• Reward — the AMD amount credited to a Respondent for an approved response.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

• Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Armenia or another accessible region.
• You agree to complete tasks honestly, accurately, and to the best of your ability.
• Anti-fraud policy: speed runs, duplicate submissions, and automated answers result in rejected responses.
• Trust score: violations reduce your trust score; repeated violations lead to manual review, suspension, or a permanent ban.
• Rewards are credited to your AMD Wallet only for responses that are approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 5,000 AMD.
• Payments are processed via IDram and TelCell.

• You are responsible for the surveys and tasks you create and for complying with all applicable laws.
• Content restrictions: you may not post illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Payment obligations: your task budget must be funded before a task can be activated.
• Payments are currently made by wire transfer and confirmed by our team.
• You receive only aggregated and anonymized data. Respondent personally identifiable information (PII) is never shared with you.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, manipulation, or the use of automation or bots.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials.
• Posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempting to identify, contact, or de-anonymize Respondents.

• The TaskFarmer brand, platform, and software are owned by PRADIX LLC.
• Client content remains the property of the Client.
• Respondent submissions become platform data used for quality assurance, aggregation, and service improvement.

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• PRADIX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

• Either party may terminate the relationship at any time.
• After account deletion, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted, except where longer retention is required by law.
• Any outstanding AMD Wallet balance will be paid out within 30 days of termination, subject to the minimum withdrawal and verification requirements.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
• Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
