1. Introduction
PRADIX LLC ("PRADIX", "we", "us") operates TaskFarmer and is the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform.
We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it responsibly.
We comply with the data protection law of the Republic of Armenia and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data We Collect
Account data:
- Name and email address
- Password (stored hashed, never in plain text)
- Role (respondent or client)
Respondent profile data:
- Birth year, gender, and region
- Education and employment status
- Language skills
- Telegram chat ID (if you connect Telegram)
Task and survey data:
- Responses and answers you submit
- Time spent on each task
- Trust score and fraud flags
Financial data:
- AMD wallet balance and transaction history
- Withdrawal payment details (IDram or TelCell account)
Technical data:
- IP address (stored for 18+ consent verification)
- Device type and browser
- Cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
3. How We Use Your Data
- Providing and operating the Platform
- Processing payments and rewards
- Fraud prevention and trust scoring
- Sending notifications by email and Telegram
- Improving platform quality and services
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing
- We do NOT sell your personal data.
- We do NOT share Respondent PII with Clients.
- Clients receive only aggregated, anonymized results.
- We use trusted third-party service providers, including a database provider, an email service provider, and a hosting provider.
- All processors are bound by data-processing agreements and comply with GDPR.
5. GDPR Rights (for EU residents)
If you are an EU resident, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
- Right to withdraw consent at any time

6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: data is kept while your account remains active.
- Deleted accounts: data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.
- Transaction records: kept for 7 years to meet legal requirements.
- IP addresses for 18+ consent: kept for 2 years.
7. Data Security
- Encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Role-based access controls
- Regular security reviews
9. Children's Privacy
- The minimum age to use TaskFarmer is 18.
- We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
- Parents or guardians may request deletion by emailing info@pradix.io.
10. International Transfers
- Data may be processed outside Armenia, within the European Union, by our trusted service providers.
- Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by standard contractual clauses.
11. Changes to Privacy Policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
- For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and notify registered users by email.
